Working with us
What it's like on the other side.
You're not buying a “partnership.” You sign something clear, the scope gets locked, we build, and we hand it over. Here is the whole journey — and every document you'll put your name on.
The journey
Six steps, in order.
01
Commitment, the same day
The day you say go, we set you up. No onboarding queue. A contract is generated automatically based on how you came in.
You sign digitally. If it’s paid, it runs on a Stripe subscription. Then you get a welcome document that states what we’re doing and what you’ve agreed to.
02
Brief & setup
We put a short Project Brief together: the purpose, the pain, the success metric, the access you’ll grant, and your BEFORE numbers — the baseline we measure against.
Then one 30-minute kickoff call. At the end of that call, the scope is locked.
03
Build
The build moves through five states, all visible to you: To build → Building → Client review → Approved → Delivered.
You review it while it’s in your hands, not after. Anything you want that sits outside the locked scope gets a separate quote — no silent expansion, no surprise invoice.
04
Delivery
You get a Delivery Guide: what was built, a runbook for running it, and how access is set up. Enough that you’re not dependent on us to switch it on.
05
Activation
For paid builds, a Monthly Report: hours saved, calls or leads handled, and the dollar effect. Free Case builds get an end report instead — and that’s where the case study is written, with your approval on the wording and the numbers.
06
Graduation
Once it’s running, we’ll suggest the next thing worth automating. A suggestion, not a menu — there’s no public list of upsells, because there isn’t one.
What you sign
The documents a client actually puts their name on.
- Case Study Agreement
- Free Case Program. States what you give us (the case) and what you get (the build, and the IP at delivery).
- Service Agreement
- Paid work. Scope, price, IP on full payment, cancellation.
- DPA / data note
- How we handle your data. Short and factual: only the access you grant, credentials in a vault, nothing used to train models.
- Project Brief / Welcome Doc
- The scope we lock at kickoff, in writing.
The principles behind it
Three commitments.
- No outcome guarantee. We build what we said we'd build. We don't promise what the business will do with it.
- Scope is locked before we build. Not after.
- 30-day cancellation on the subscription. No lock-in dressed up as a discount.
