Who we are

What we collect
- When you apply or contact us: name, company, email, phone (optional), and anything you type into a form.
- When we build an automation for you: access to the tools involved in that build, limited to what the build requires.
- When you visit: standard technical data and cookies. Cookie policy: Pending legal review.
How we use it
- To evaluate and respond to your application or inquiry.
- To build, run, and maintain the automation you've asked for.
- To write a case study — only with your written approval, only after you've reviewed the wording and the numbers.
We do not sell your data. We do not use your business data to train third-party models.
Data & security
Facts, not certificates:
- Access: we only touch the systems you grant access to — nothing else.
- Least privilege: the minimum access the build needs, through our own named accounts rather than your personal login.
- Credentials: kept in a vault, protected with MFA.
- Model training: we do not train models on your data.
- Encryption: in transit and at rest.
- On termination: your data is deleted or returned when the agreement ends.
Sharing and sub-processors
We share data only with service providers necessary to run the service. The named list of sub-processors: Pending legal review.
