Free Case Program
We build your first automation free. You keep it. We write it up.
You've got a process that eats hours every week. We'll build the AI that does it instead. No invoice — in exchange, we get one case study, and you approve every word before it goes live.
US companies · 5–50 people · A human reads this, not a sales sequence
Slots
We run 3 concurrent slots.
Three free builds in flight at once — not three in total.
The fine print, up front
What “free” actually means.
Let's kill the fine print before you look for it.
- Free means free. No build fee. No setup fee. No “onboarding” invoice. No retainer.
- What we ask in return: one case study. That means your company name and the real before-and-after — with your sign-off on the wording and the numbers first.
- It does not turn into a subscription on its own. The build is yours. If you want it maintained and a second one built, that's starting at $29/mo and you opt in.
If we can't see a build worth doing, we'll tell you on the call and you've lost 30 minutes.
Fit
Who this is for.
The program works when there's one clear, repeatable pain. So:
- US-based company.
- 5–50 employees. Big enough to have real processes.
- One process you can describe in a sentence. “Every order gets re-typed into three places.” “Nobody follows up on quotes.” “Our voicemails pile up.”
- Willing to give us a 30-minute call, read access to the tools involved, and one person who actually knows the process.
If that's you, apply. If your pain is “everything is a mess,” still apply — picking the first fight is our job.
What we need from you
Small ask, real return.
01
30 minutes on a call
We ask where the hours go.
02
Read access
To the systems where the pain lives — inbox, CRM, scheduling, accounting, whatever it is.
03
One person
Someone who knows the process well enough to answer “and then what?”
No full-time babysitting. No “AI champion” to appoint. You point, we build.
The trade
In plain terms.
- You get a working automation that removes a specific, expensive task.
- We get a case study and the right to mention you as a client.
- You approve the case study before publication — the wording and the numbers.
- Neither of us is locked in. If it doesn't work, you tell us and we stop.
That's the whole deal. No 40-page agreement required to start.
