About
A power plant, not a fireworks show.
Most AI companies sell you the boom. We build the thing that hums in the background and keeps the lights on. AtlasAscend builds working AI automations for US companies with 5 to 50 people.
Why we exist
Small companies don't have a strategy problem. They have a Tuesday problem.
A form that has to be copied into three places. A quote that takes an afternoon. A phone that rings when nobody can answer. None of it is glamorous, all of it is expensive, and none of it is why anyone started their business.
Big companies hire a department to fix this. Small companies duct-tape it and move on. We built AtlasAscend to be the department a 12-person company can actually afford — and to prove it by building the first fix for free.
The name
Atlas carried the world. Ascend is what happens when you put the weight down.
Take the weight off one process at a time, and a small company doesn't just survive its Tuesdays — it climbs.
How we think
Four rules we don't bend.
01
Calm beats clever
A machine that runs every day without drama is worth more than a demo that wows once. Calm like a power plant, not fireworks.
02
Concrete beats vague
If we can’t say exactly what we built and exactly what it saves, we’re hiding.
03
Proof beats promises
We’d rather have zero testimonials than one we made up.
04
You keep what we build
No lock-in, no hostage software, no seat math.
How we work
US only. Companies from 5 to 50 people.
We start with the Free Case Program — one call, one built automation, one case study you approve. Then, if it's earning its keep, from $29/mo.
