Agreement

These terms govern your use of AtlasAscend (“we,” “us”), operated by Atlas Ascend ·Kragebjerg 3, 4296 Nyrup, Denmark · CVR: DK32615317.

The Free Case Program

• We build one automation for you at no charge.
• In return, you agree to a case study. You approve the wording and the numbers before publication.
• The build is yours to keep.
• Scope and acceptance are defined on the kickoff call. Full clause: Pending legal review.

Subscription

• Starting at $29/mo. Scope confirmed per build.
• Cancel anytime.
• What happens to your automation and data on cancellation: Pending legal review.

Your responsibilities

• Accurate information in applications and forms.
• Authority to grant access to the tools involved in a build.
• Lawful use of anything we build for you.

Data & security

• We only access the systems you grant access to.
• Least privilege, through our own named accounts — not your personal login.
• Credentials live in a vault, protected with MFA.
• We do not train models on your data.
• Encrypted in transit and at rest.
• Deleted or returned when the agreement ends.

Intellectual property

• You own the automation we build for you. Assignment clause: Pending legal review.
• We own the case study and the methods we reuse across builds.

No guarantees

We don't promise specific outcomes. Warranty and results disclaimer: Pending legal review.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use means acceptance.
