What does “free” actually cover?

The build. Design, development, wiring into your tools, handover. No invoice, no setup fee, no retainer. In return, we get one case study — which you approve before it’s published.

Is my data safe? What do you do with it?

We connect to the tools involved in the build and nothing else, through our own named accounts with the least access the job needs. Credentials live in a vault. Your data is used to build your automation — not to train models, not to feed a sales deck, not sold to anyone. The full handling, including sub-processors and retention, is in our Privacy Policy.

How much of my time will this take?

Less than you’d think — and no, we won’t slap a fake number on it. You give us a 30-minute call, access to the systems involved, and one person who knows the process. We do the rest.

Do I need to know anything about AI?

No. You know the process; we know the build. You describe the pain, we hand back something that works. If you have to become an engineer to use it, we did it wrong.

Is this just ChatGPT with extra steps?

No. A chatbot answers questions. We build systems that do jobs — they move data between your tools, act on triggers, and finish tasks. ChatGPT is a component in some of it. It’s not the product.

Will this replace my staff?

No — and we’d push back if that’s the goal. We take the repetitive work off your team’s plate so the people you already employ can do the work you hired them for. Same team, more done.

What if it breaks?

It’s monitored, and maintenance is built into $29/mo. If something stops, we fix it. That’s the whole point of the subscription — you don’t babysit the machine.

What happens when I want to cancel?

You can, anytime. The automation we built for you stays yours — no hostage software, no data held ransom. If you’re on the Free Case build, it’s yours regardless of whether you ever subscribe.

Why US only? Why 5–50 people?

Because that’s where the Free Case Program works. Companies big enough to have real processes, small enough that one fixed process moves the needle. We’d rather be excellent at one thing than mediocre at everything.
